Contract
The contract can be downloaded here. After filling out the contract, you can return it one of the following ways:
- You can scan the contract and email the signed contract to dacy@dacymedia.com
- You can mail the completed contract along with a check to: Dacy Nottingham, 812 Kilmarnock Way, Riverside, CA 92508
- You can schedule an appointment to come by and drop off the contract with me directly.
F.A.Q.
- The first payment (deposit) needs to be submitted with your contract. Visit the payments page for more information on payments.
- The contracted party can be the Bride & Groom themselves or sometimes it is one of the parents of the Bride & Groom.
- If you have a wedding coordinator, please list their name and contact information.
- If you choose a standard package, check the appropriate box. If we have discussed a custom package, check that box. The custom package offered to you in writing (via email) will be considered part of the final agreement.
- Additional Features: If you would like to add-on additional features that are not included in your package, check the appropriate box. If you are interested in other options that you don’t see listed, please let me know and I will quote you a price. For example: Aerial Footage, Music Videos, Engagement recording.
- Backup your drive: After you receive your files, we recommend that you immediately transfer your video to another location. That way, your video is kept in 2 different places for backup purposes. We keep your footage for at least 3 months after we deliver it to you. As an added precaution, we can save your final videos for 10 years for an addtional fee. This way, if there is a problem (fire, theft, computer crash, etc.) you won’t loose your wedding footage.
